MT. JULIET, TN – Retail Partners recently sold a 10,000 sf stand-alone The Learning Experience in Mt. Juliet, TN. The Learning Experience is a private childcare and education concept, combining traditional academic studies with non-traditional elements in yoga, lifestyle, nutrition, and philanthropy. In partnership with Chicago-based Bradford Real Estate Company, HRP has developed eight freestanding locations for the Learning Experience in Tennessee, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

HRP Sells Murrells Inlet Property

MURRELLS INLET, SC – Harbour Retail Partners recently sold 5.5 acres in Murrells Inlet, SC to Atlanta Developer, Andy Salomon of Salomon Real Estate. The property is located at the intersection of Highway 17 and Tadlock Drive, adjacent to Home Depot and directly across the street from Inlet Square Mall. HRP closed on the sale June 29th, 2020.
