Opened in September of 2015, Summerville Marketplace is anchored by Earth Fare and Petco, with over 63,000+ SF of retail space. Additional national tenants include Mattress Firm, Hand & Stone, Orange Theory Fitness, Tijuana Flats, Dunkin’ Donuts, with local tenants including Persimmon Café, Crust, and Monarch Eye Care. Harbour Retail sold this property in April of 2017.
