Hanover Flats

Harbour Retail Partners has partnered with Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC) on development of The Flats at Hanover, an apartment community on 7.4 acres tract of land along Park Avenue. The development will include 262 CLASS A apartment units and is on track to be delivered in 2023.
