Closed in April of 2016, Harbour Retail purchased this property with plans for an adaptive reuse of the existing hotel and office building into a multi-family over retail use. Current plans have the final project consisting of approximately 190 apartment units with an average size of 800 square feet and approximately 25,000 square feet of ground-level retail.
