Harbour Retail Partners Signs ALDI Lease for Clemmons Market
CLEMMONS, NC - Harbour Retail Partners has signed a lease with Aldi for the 24,000+/- square foot in the former K-mart, now called Clemmons Market. HRP has also signed a lease with Bojangles and is negotiating letters of intent to fill the remainder of the redeveloped K-mart space.
