Harbour Retail Partners has closed on the purchase of Peachtree Crossing Shopping Center. Built in 1978 and situated on 10 acres directly along N. Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree Crossing contains 81,519 sf of retail space. Anchored with a 19,621 sf Fresh Market, the site also features two outparcel ground leases – an emissions testing center and a Bank of America ATM.
